You contact us and explain the problem you are experiencing with your lock. We try to get an indication of the problem and give you a clear indication of what the cost will be and how soon we will be on site.
Generally, one of our locksmiths will be on site within 30 minutes to help you solve the lock problem. First, we verify that you are indeed the owner of the house or property. Should this be true, we are ready to get started.
On the phone, we already tried to give an indication, but when the locksmith is on site, he takes a thorough look at the situation and determines a price accordingly. This amount is final and will not change.
If you agree, we get to work. We open, repair or replace your locks depending on what is needed. The locksmith will make sure this is done quickly, efficiently and 100% damage-free.
