How do you get in if you leave the keys on the inside of the door?

Is the mailbox in the middle of the door?
Then you have it open in 5 minutes by using a wooden clothes hanger. You stick the clothes hanger through the mailbox, with the slanted side you push down the door handle and you’re in. Your parents probably have a wooden coat hanger. It also works with a half-meter metal tube, bending the last bit until you have an L. With that you push the latch down.
Is there a mailbox in the front door?
Then you can “angling” with a piece of iron wire. Isn’t there a secustrip? Then you can “flip” with a piece of plastic. Using a pass to get the door open
You are standing in front of a closed door. How do you get back in? On forums, a number of people answer this question:
Slide bank card or something similar between them
If the door is unlocked, you can easily get it open then. Clamp chisel at bottom between door and push door open slightly. After this, insert something shaped like a bank card between them and slide up until you get to the actual lock. Moving it at the right angle along the lock will automatically shoot the door open.
If you can’t get back in, when you left you also failed to lock the door. If your door opens inward, you could try the following.
Take a sturdy PET bottle (e.g. coca cola 1.5 ltr), first cut it open from top to bottom and cut the cut open bottle into three equal parts (top, middle, bottom part). Take the middle part and slide it in through the doorframe at the level of the lock. With any luck, you will push the latch bolt (the angled part of the lock) inward so that the door opens.
If that doesn’t work, insert the plastic above the lock about 1 cm deep between the door and the doorframe and slowly slide it down.
If that doesn’t work either, call a locksmith during the day (as others have said). He will try the same thing, but with a slightly sturdier plastic flap.
Pinball
Pinballing involves sliding a card, a piece of plastic or a paper clip between the door and the doorframe.
Then the latch bolt is depressed. The latch bolt is the part of the lock that protrudes from your door and can be moved with the door handle, a dial or a key.
This trick only works if your door is unlocked and if there is no anti-intrusion strip mounted on your doorframe. In movies and television series, it seems that it is very easy to open a door by pinballing. A credit card is pushed back and forth once and the door opens.

Using a drill and a screwdriver to open the door
It is very annoying if your key has been left on the inside of your door. Online on forums, these opinions are given:
If there is a door handle on the inside
Drill a hole in the door about an inch or two below the center of door handle. Insert a screwdriver or something similar through the hole angled upward and push the door handle down.
Then go to the Gamma and buy a tube of wood filler. In my opinion, this is a better solution than kicking in a window.
Drill hole
Drill a hole under your lock. Push an iron wire through your it goes, try using it to push the door or window handle down or try using iron wire to turn the key.
You will need a drill and a wire. How did you get that? Often you cannot get into the shed or garage without a key. It is difficult to use an iron wire to push down the door or window handle or to turn the key.
It only works if your key is still in the lock or if your door or window is unlocked.

Opening the door with a pin
Want to get inside, but have left the keys on the inside of the door?
Here are some suggestions on how to fix this:
The key is still loose in it….. Put a large piece of paper under the door where the key can fall. Push the key out of the keyhole. (With a pin or something similar). Key falls onto the paper. And carefully pull the paper under the door. Hope that there is enough space for the paper and the key under the door (pry bar would be easy).
If you use a crowbar, do so carefully because you will slightly damage the door in the area of the bottom here. But you don’t really need much room for a key and paper
Express
In this technique, you use a pin or something similar to push the key out of the lock.
This is possible only if the key is straight in the lock and if the key is not on a bunch of keys. First, slide a large piece of paper under the door where the lock is.
Insert the pin (or paper clip, knife, and so on) into the lock and push the key out. The key falls on the paper. Now try to slide the key with the paper under the door.
This technique may work if there is a large gap under the door. Is that not the case? Then put a crowbar under the crack and lift the door up.
Be careful not to damage the door too much. Then slide the paper with the key out from under the door.
A pin, paper clip and so on can break off in your lock, leaving you with an even bigger problem.
If your key is on a keychain, this method cannot be used anyway.

Opening the door with a screwdriver
What else can you do if you have your keys on the inside of the door? If the door has hinges (back door), you can also pull/tap the hinge pins out with a screwdriver.
Then you can open the door like this at the location of the hinges. Do this a little carefully, as you will damage the door a little here at the location of the hinges.

Window tapping
A quick way to get in is to smash a window. With your fist, a stone or whatever you can find, break the glass of your window.
For a window close to the door, put your arm through it and turn the lock. A large window allows you to crawl inside.
Watch out for the glass shards, though. You can seriously injure yourself. Also, warn your neighbors in advance if you are smashing your window. They might otherwise mistake you for a burglar.

Opening the door with a spare key
If you live in a rental property, your landlord probably has a spare key. It is possible to give a spare key to family, friends or neighbors. You call the person with a spare key.
Unfortunately, the door cannot be opened from the outside with a (spare) key if there is still a key in the lock on the inside.

Drilling out cylinder to enter
Some locks are protected against cylinder drilling. Check your lock.
If there are the letters “SKG” and 3 stars on your lock, drilling out the cylinder is not possible.
You will need the following to drill out a cylinder: a powerful drill with adjustable speed, drill bits of various thicknesses, a hammer, a flathead screwdriver and a center punch. Put a 3-millimeter drill bit in your drill bit.
Using a hammer, strike a center punch just above the keyhole. This will make it easier for you to drill at that point later. Drill a hole at the spot you marked with the center punch.
Drill slowly and keep the drill straight. If you drill too fast, the drill bit may jam or even break. If you drill at an angle, it is possible that you will drill away pieces of the lock and damage the entire lock.
Usually a lock has 5 pins that you need to drill through, but sometimes there are more. You will feel a little more resistance when you encounter a marker.
Did you drill through the pins? Take a 6-millimeter drill bit and drill through the same hole again to open up the pins further.
Insert a flathead screwdriver into the hole. Turn the screwdriver the same way you would normally turn the key.
Is the lock not turning? Then drill out the entire cylinder lock. Attach a thicker drill bit (19 millimeters) to your drill and drill through the entire mechanism.
If you hire a locksmith, you will be in much faster than if you drill out the cylinder. A locksmith will open your lock without damaging it.
Moreover, you do not have to perform all kinds of complicated operations to get the door open.
